Lito Apartments is composed by three different buildings presenting a discernible, characteristic local architecture. Two of them were established in 2008, with the support of the European Union, and the other one in 1990 and fully renovated in 2003. However, in 2010 one of the buildings was extended and a reception was build, and all three buildings were again fully renovated. This is how Lito Apartments is now composed of 6 studios and 14 apartments (20 in total). It is located in the center of Paleochora on a peaceful, graphic road, into a beautiful garden. It is at a three-minute-walk distance from each beach, both western and eastern one.

There are five studios on the ground floor and six (two-room) apartments. On the first floor, there is one studio with a balcony and eight apartments, composed by two rooms, with two balconies each. The studios are approximately 22 square meters each, with one double or two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a small kitchen and a sofa bed. All the apartments are approximately 32-36 square meters, with a bedroom with one double or two single beds, another room with a small, fully-equipped and functional kitchen and one or two beds or a sofa, and a bathroom with shower. Since 2010 free wireless Internet (WiFi) is provided.
