The studios are approximately 22 square meters each, with one double or two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a small kitchen and a sofa bed for a third person.

All the apartments are approximately 30-36 square meters, with a bedroom with one double or two single beds, another room with a small, fully-equipped and functional kitchen and one or two beds or a sofa, and a bathroom with shower. Since 2010 free wireless Internet (WiFi) is provided.

The studios and the apartments have a fully-equipped kitchen with refrigerator and electrical cooker, coffee machine, water boiler and microwave oven. Also, the rooms have a bathroom with shower, hot water 24 hours per day, hair drier, safe box, roof ventilators in all the rooms, satellite TV, as well as air conditioning for a symbolical amount, and it is possible to arrange for a baby bed. Cleaning takes place seven times per week, and linen changing twice per week. The reception is at your service 24 hours a day.

APARTMENT TYPES
Studio: up to three people capacity, 2 single or a double bed and a sofa bed.

Apartment type A: up to three people capacity, a double bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the other room.

Apartment type B: up to four people capacity, one double bed or two single beds in the bedroom, in the other room some have two sofa beds, other have one bed and one sofa-bed.

Apartment type C: up to five people capacity, a double bed and a small bathroom in the bedroom, two single beds and a sofa bed in the other room.
