As soon as you have landed to the Airport of Chania/Crete or reached Chania by boat through the Port of Pireaus/Athens , you can go to Chania Bus Station and take the bus to Paleochora and in 1,5 hours you will be in Paleochora.

If you land to the Airport of Heraklion/Crete or reached Heraklion by boat through the Port of Pireaus/Athens, you can take the bus from Heraklion Bus Station to Chania, which lasts 2,5 hours and then the bus to Paleochora.

The bus fare from Chania to Paleochra is 6.8 euro, and from Heraklion to Chania is 10.7 euro. The taxi fare, on the other hand, for four (4) people from the Chania airport to Paleochora is 80 euro and from the Heraklion airport to Paleochora 170 euro

In case you don't find a direct flight to Crete, you can go to Athens and then either catch the next flight to Crete or go to Pireaus and take the ship to Chania.
