Lito Apartments is composed by three different buildings presenting a discernible, characteristic local architecture. In 2010 one of the buildings was extended and all three buildings were again fully renovated. Lito Apartments have the privilege to be located in the centre of Paleochora in a beautiful garden in a very quiet street. It is only two minutes (100m) walking distance away from each main beach (east and west) and next to all facilities provided in Paleochora.

There are 5 studios on the ground floor with cooling gardens and 6 (2 rooms) apartments with independent small yards. On the first floor, there is 1 studio with a balcony and 8 apartments, composed by 2 rooms, with 2 balconies each, and one two-floor suite (2 rooms) with mountain view. On the second floor there is one suite (2 rooms) with big balcony and mountain view. All bedrooms are toward a peaceful courtyard garden that has trees and flowers, and is a natural source of cool shade to enjoy moments of relaxation. On the ground floor there is a reception where a guest can find any information needed, support & free laptop use.
